落地機場已經是傍晚，到達酒店外的小路上更是伸手不見五指嘅黑😢加上當時又是下雨濕漉漉的，心情都大打折扣😅但是去到reception時工作人員即時的warm welcome有加分🥰welcome drink和小吃都蠻合我們4位女生的口味，雖然已經挺晚，staff還是很有耐心的幫我們講解和預約後面一系列的安排，入住3晚參加了兩天的瑜伽課堂，沒下雨的那天，在户外平台吹着海風做瑜伽真的是人生第一次😇
由於我們第二天一早6點就要出發碼頭去佩尼達島，原本以為會miss掉早餐，staff很貼心的馬上為我們安排meal box外帶路上吃，還幫我們預約了車(後來才知道grab不能進到酒店接客人😅上車點在閘門外面再往前一段路)
酒店房間方面我們還是很滿意的，一進門就已經很驚喜，滿足了我對東南亞傳統風的偏好😊每一扇連接泳池的門都能拉開，感覺非常chill，以致於我們都說應該要留更多時間來泡這家酒店😝我們房間的設施都很齊全，原本準備了花灑頭帶去換，沖了3晚的澡發現濾芯還是很白的不用更換，反而後面換了烏布的那家酒店沖了一晚濾芯就黃了🫢可見這家酒店的過濾系統做的不錯👍🏻美中不足是露天淋浴的熱水供應不穩定，熱水很快就沒有了😓
餐食方面，因為入住時staff有介紹過第二晚餐廳有傳統印度舞表演，以此吸引到我們😆所以出海浮潛回來我們就又回酒店餐廳吃晚飯，表演就不太懂欣賞🤣食物方面除了牛排🥩，我們都蠻欣賞其他印尼的特色菜系有驚喜，後面餐廳主廚有來問，我們也如實反應了，處理的很快很到位，當晚帳單享9折並贈送了雪糕🍧還邀請我們參加第二天晚上的BBQ派對，並特別可享8折優惠，但是已有其他安排，婉拒了😅早餐就真的是so far so good了，普通得我們都沒怎麼拍照😂連最後一天我們訂的飄浮早餐也是….都不說餐食了，漂浮籃裡一點裝飾也沒有，就有點拉跨了，純粹只是把早餐搬到房間來了而己，就多收了幾百塊😓這一方面有待改善
總體來說，這次入住酒店的體驗有8/10分

挺差的，花了3000多訂的別墅，體驗真的差
首先，歡迎水果是爛的，都在飛小飛蟲。
其次，這麼大的泳池完全是臟的，底下黑黑一層，沒辦法使用
再來，設施都比較舊，味道也很大。
唯獨的一個浴缸，塞的也是壞的。

Our stay was very comfortable and nothing less than fabulous, every staff member was amazing from breakfast to dinner, the selection of food was great for us. Themed dinner nights were lovely with great quality food and drinks. We enjoyed the atmosphere at the villa and the level of attention to detail. Rooms were clean and bedding very comfortable after a long day out. I cannot fault royal purnama in any way. Definitely will stay here again.

The room is big, beautiful, clean and sanitary. The hotel has 2 restaurants and the beach club has a good atmosphere. However, it is not close to other tourist attractions, so it is suitable to stay in the hotel and enjoy it.
