優點房間很大，露台可以看到雙子塔。 樓頂露天泳池夜景很漂亮，超多比基尼美女在拍照。走路去雙子塔只要十多分鐘缺點， 晚上吃完飯看完雙子塔後走回去也不累。缺點是離地鐵站和啇場有點遠。出入要叫Grab。二來沒有熱水。對一個女生來說，無論35度還是40度，洗頭都要用温水的人來說，有熱水供應是很重要。
住了2晚，what's app可以叫前枱送水和毛巾。

Had an amazing stay at Royce Residence by Alma! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was top-notch - just a simple WhatsApp message and they would bring whatever we needed right to our door. The rooftop pool and gym were fantastic and the cherry on top was that they were completely free! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Five stars isn't enough!

The room here smells bad, and the overall situation is not good. There is nothing good about it. There is only a swimming pool for taking pictures. The sound insulation is poor, and the service attitude is not good. My friend did not smoke in the room, but smoked outside. There is no trash can.
