Would have been a great place to stay if maintenance was well taken care off. The toilet bidets has a slight leak making the toilet floor wet at the corner, the toilet window curtain has fallen off. These should have been repaired before an opening the room for guests booking. Maybe the unit I received this time is bad unlike the other units I have rented.

Итак, начнем с процесса заселения: внизу нет вообще пространства для ожиданий, если вы приедете на 10 минут раньше, то вам нужно будет просто стоять внизу и ждать. Человек, который встретил нас сидел на корточках перед входом в вестибюль апартаментов и это смотрелось как минимум не презентабельно. Сам процесс заселения на 25 этаже в тесном не очень приятно пахнущем пространстве с кучей людей внутри, вы отдаете залог 300 рингит и вам дают ключ который закодирован на этаж заселения в лифте (то есть на 25 где вам выдадут ключ вы уже вернуться не сможете), вы едете самостоятельно в апартаменты.
Зайдя в апартаменты мы разулись (что нормально) и пошли босиком осматривать комнаты, но пол был грязный и липкий. В коридоре выбежал таракан и потом второй на кухне, в ванной были волосы на полу и какой-то липкий гель. Везде лежала пыль: стол, под телевизором. Мы пошли с претензией к чистоте номера и нам дали ключи от другого. В другом было почище и вид уже был на башни Петронас, но все равно везде была пыль и на кресле в гостиной было большое белое засохшее пятно, также были дефекты в мебели. Мы позвали уборку и нам в течение часа пылесосили пыль и крошки от еды под столом, протирали пыль. Апартаменты уже старые, потертые, полотенца темные, местами испорченные отбеливателем, и пахнут не очень приятно. Подушки неудобные, самые дешовые, шея после сна на них болит невозможно. В туалете пахнет канализацией. В душевой в двухлитровой бутылке ужасный и дешевый гель для душа. В общем грязно и дешево все смотрится. Но вишенка на торте: выселение в 11.00 и если вы хотите выехать в 12.00(Как полагается по международным стандартам), то вы должны заплатить 100 рингит или предоставить свой телефон для фальшивых отзывов, которые за вас напишет сотрудник, об этом предупреждают при заселении и я прилагаю фото подтверждение. Я думаю это место не стоит и 5 из 10, но его рейтинг накручивает сотрудник за выселение на 1 час позже, это фальшивые отзывы.

Good Location, nice view. Better to confirm your room view is facing twin tower after booking.
Room cleanliness needs to be improve, room looks run down with poor maintenance.
