The price was very cheap.
The location of the pool was great.
However, it was only open until 7pm so we couldn't enjoy the night view.
The amenities were average, and it was disappointing that there was no refrigerator.
The elevator issue mentioned in many reviews wasn't particularly noticeable.
The pillows had a bit of a moldy smell.
Overall it was worth coming back to.

The location is near to KL sentral. It's an apartment hotel. The problem was with the elevator that only have 4 elevator. So, we need to patient to quee for going up to our room.

Very good, clean, fantastic views, lived on the 25th and 51st floors. Close to the central station, all transport nearby, trains to the airport, metro and monorail. To any point in the city and to the sights. From the windows you could see the Petronas baths and the TV tower and other high-rises, if suddenly the windows are on the other side you can go up to the top where there is a pool and there you will see all the views of the city. I recommend.

I had a pleasant stay at upper hotel, it’s a good location with a view of Petronas towers and Merdeka 118 . The hotel was clean but the only criticism is the shower wouldn’t go hot and the rooms aren’t really soundproof but for the price it was bearable .
