酒店環境很好，早餐不錯，最滿意就是泳池衞生還乾淨，房間略小，膈應一般度假酒店的配置不夠，房間浴袍都沒有，酒店的Sap,很坑人，選了1小時，大概衹有30分鐘是服務，手法稱不上SAP，忽悠人

it was perfect, I planned this holiday for my wife and newborn. upon reaching, the experience was great, we were allowed to check in at 12pm-ish given that there isnt a crowd on working day. then, we were greeted with welcoming cookie to which it is to our liking, not too sweet. also, the room is spacious, comfy and very clean as well. the kids pool are great, unfortunately our newborn hasn't reach the age of enjoying all the facilities. not to mention there is ps5 in kids room too! food wise, as an asian, we treat our food very seriously, and I can dare say the dinner and breakfast absolutely hit the delicious taste bud. it is not mind-blowingly good, however, the chef did extremely well with just using simple ingredient and comes with their Magnus opus. 100% to the chef. overall, highly recommended with family

Amazing experience, the hotel is very good. The hotel is right by the lake, the view is great, and the night view is beautiful.
I was upgraded to a room with a lake view. The room is large and the facilities are new. I slept well, but the air conditioning panel cannot be turned off and is always on.

The live jazz music continued until after 10pm, and I was worried about when it would end because I could hear it even from my room. Also, there were small ants in the bathroom and on the luggage rack, which was unpleasant. The service was great, including cookies given to us at check-in and help when we had trouble calling a taxi.
