Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland

Enjoyed staying here. Would come again! The hotel was clean and staff friendly

Everything with the service was outstanding. My wife and I was pleased.

Front desk service is very good

Staff was perfect very personal and professional they were respectful and made our stay very pleasant

Kevyn in the bar made my experience extra welcoming and so much fun!! We’ve visited twice & he’s been great each time! A true asset to yoyr business!!

Elisa was amazing! She's doing it all, give her a raise! When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. She was behind the bar in the next room, and came over to get someone to help me after she saw me waiting for a while. Later that night I came down to find ketchup. Even though she was busy helping other guests, she stopped to quickly grab me some ketchup. The following night I ordered some food from the Bistro, and I found out Elisa was also cooking my food! Not to mention made my drink at the bar as well. Give this girl a raise and promotion! Not only is she doing it all, but she has the best attitude while doing so. Thank you Elisa! You were the best and made my stay awesome! Much appreciated!

Charges for parking, not near anything, bizarre but the worst part is the Incompetence by front desk. I paid for reservation for a guest, they told my guest they could not find him and charged him again. The manager is not available on Fridays or weekends apparently to fix their mistakes so now I have to wait. Called Marriott to get this fixed, an hour later nothing gets resolved so now I have to take time to out of my day to go to the front desk again to resolve their issue.

Hotel was comfortable. Shoutout to Kevyn the bartender at the hotel bar/cafe. He really took care of me and my colleagues.

Kevyn in the restaurant was the best! He gave great suggestions for dinner, took pride in his job because he was also preparing my order, and was overall just a great guy!!
