Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando - Maitland

출장때문에 방문했는데 룸이 넓고 비교적 깨끗했어요. 조식도 괜찮았어요. 기회가 된다면 다음에도 예약할것 같네요.

I found this hotel to meet my needs. It is a older hotel that appears to be in the process of being updated. There were several storage containers, but no noise during my one day stay. It was clean, the showers new with glass doors, a lit surround vanity any woman will appreciate, granite counters. I was in a jr suite that had a full fridge, microwave, sink, granite table seating area, a living area with couch and full size tv, bedroom had a full size tv as well. Dishes and silverware, coffeemaker and basic supplies. Crabtree and Evelyn products in bath, including lotion. The hotel is located close to the interstate, but no noise. I suspect due to the area being lined with old oaks that give shade and nice walking area if preferred. Not far from many eating establishments. The breakfast was what hit the home run. Just about anything you can think of, from waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurt with multiple types of toppings from fruit to granola, sliced fruit, make your own warm toast, milks in 3 varieties, coffee, muffins. It was delicious. Plenty of seating area with tables. The local police stop in to eat as well. So if you are looking for a good price, quiet, great breakfast and don't mind a little age, this is the place for you. I didn't get a chance to view the pool area. Parking is 10 dollars per night.

Elizabeth was absolutely amazing. She was a pleasure to have worked with after a pretty long day.

I work in construction. This hotel is an active construction site. While there are signs noting that they are containing actual construction to one floor, signs of an active renovation are everywhere. The first room I was assigned had a broken toilet, and the second one (on the first floor - never my preference as a solo female traveler) needed a very deep cleaning. The only saving grace was the staff. Everyone I encountered was lovely. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the issues with both rooms overshadowed what was otherwise excellent service.

The property is being renovated. This didn't affect our stay other than higher use of the elevators by the workers. But you should inquire on the progress of the project

my experience was amazing , costumer service with elizabeth t was excellent !

The stay was ok for one night. Undergoing renovations. Had to move car. Handicap accessible room located far away from lobby. Room smelled old. Had to use Lysol. Ants noted on pillow. Breakfast was ok. Toaster caught fire. Stay was ok for one night, but would not stay for multiple nights. $10 for self parking lot. No option to not pay. No restaurant within walking distance. Nice staff.

Under renovation.Construction noise .dirty carpet.walls falling apart in the hallway, leaking tub faucet… I really would like to be compensated for this bad stay .Renovation was not informed on ******* site !!!

No one notified us that this property is under renovation and when we got to our room there was several hours of construction noise .
