شيراتون أورلاندو نورث

I enjoyed the pool area. Most of the front desk girls were not real friendly. Not greeted with a hello and a smile. Just "How can I help you" First night the front desk girl did not explain parking, was charged incorrectly. There was mold on ceiling of shower. The lamp shade had several large dirty spots on it.Gross. The headboards were made of fabric and were stained from people sitting against it. Biggest issue- I reserved a room at this location because the site stated that each room has a balcony. Sure they do. The balcony sticks out about 18" from the door. Barely room to stand on it. Club level was nice but served the same dinner snack every other night. Sad if you were staying multiple nights.

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.

The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days.

The service was great. My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out. Trip.com did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Other than that, we were very happy with the staff and service at Sheraton North Orlando. Thank you!

Was here For the Haynes Scott Reunion. Saba the one who Checked me in Was Outstanding

Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

The facility was clean and well kept. The service was good. Thank you Trip.com for the discounted price.
