Nice, easy and quick customer service, close to gas stations and food, affordable night, clean, quiet area

We arrived and had a quick and easy check in. Our room was ground level, with easy parking and room acsess. The room was spacious and clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and large closet. The TV wouldn't work so we made a call to the front desk, and someone came down shortly after and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and stay definitely would return.

Clean and quiet place to stay! Family friendly. Pool and playground in the center of the buildings. Very reasonably priced and staff was very friendly & helpful.

Love this place. Have stayed here many times. Use as a ski base during the winter, and sporadic times during the rest of the year. The staff (Andrea and Peter) are amazing to work with, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are decent sized, well-equipped, and clean. The location is incredible with outlets, restaurants, and grocery stores close by (can even easily walk to them). The value is incredible - the only downside is that I didn't discover this place sooner!

Great hotel in perfect location in North Conway, NH. Room was very clean, enjoyed the jetted tub, and balcony! There was a nice outdoor pool with ample seats and umbrellas for shade. Although, it was really hot when we stayed disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was not working. It would have been nice to see that posted on website! They had a couple gas grills for use and a fire pit too. Decent playground if you are bringing the kiddos! Dogs are allowed and nice area to walk them around the property. Also, it said we got free coffee and a breakfast item, but was not told where or when to get them nor did they respond when I texted them.
