Hotel Petaluma, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The hotel was beautiful, however, the front desk wasn't helpful when we reported some issue with the room we've got.

很高檔的飯店，果然2百多美元就是不一樣，就是很多寵物入住，有點寵物味道在房間走廊，床舒服的躺下去秒睡著，還有提供山羊牛奶乳液

Very nice, upscale hotel in an old building full of character. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room has a fridge and a safe. There is free coffee in the lobby. Our room was on the east side and we woke at 7am to constant construction noise (though not the hotel's issue...construction was across the street). The alarm clock went off at 6am from previous guest (why was that not cleared by housekeeping?). Parking can be tricky. Once you find a place to park, highly suggest walking to wherever you need to go.

The hotel itself was perfectly fine and okay for a standard boutique stay in a downtown setting. However, the parking situation here is incredibly inconvenient. The hotel has no dedicated parking lot on site, meaning you have to find an open spot on the street or us a parking garage a block away. If you manage to find street parking out front, you have to carefully watch the city’s strict time limits to avoid getting a parking ticket, which adds a lot of stress to the stay.

This is a boutique-type hotel in downtown Petaluma, CA. It was once a bank building, and there are "left-overs" in the decor from that era: exposed piping, an elevator with a lot of character(!), and a very distinctive street entrance. There's a beautiful outdoor court-yard that I found relaxing. Breakfast is offered in a little cafe, and guests are given a room-credit per day. Beds, bathroom and linens are great! Only difficulty was parking, which is common in such city-settings. We didn't need to use the off-site parking, but it was offered with a pass for the car. In walking distance to food, shops, and entertainment. Stay here when you're in Petaluma!

We’ve stayed here multiple times but this was our first bad experience. The room would not cool down past 77 degrees with ac on full blast all night. We were sweating and would have requested to change rooms if not for risking waking our daughter relocating. After a restless night of poor sleep we were woken up to a 6:00 am business call from our hotel neighbor where I could literally make out every word of the conversation….concerning to say the least. This was supposed to be a nice night catching up on rest in a comfy room after a few days camping, instead we left completely exhausted. Having booked with ******* was the real mistake because the hotel staff couldn’t do anything to remedy the experience.

Good historic hotel. I had a deluxe room. Very small room. No chair other than the desk chair. Not comfortable

Great location and big bed. Lobby coffee was really good and staff were nice. The windows in the room didn’t open so it was pretty stuffy but otherwise nice enough.

Doesnt feel like a normal hotel! It felt more inviting and home like. It's in the heart of Petaluma which made it soooo easy to walk around check things out.
