The room smelled like mold, air conditioner was leaking in bathroom vanity area. The ad stated there was breakfast, it was coffee and danish only.

We only stayed one night but we noticed the bathroom had several loose boards, the cover for the toilet seat did not fit properly, and the were paint splashes near the bed.

Ice machine doesn't work and the laundry facility only rips you off one washer and one dryer. Likey don't work so don't use them. The machine to key the cards for room access is always broken so they have to let you into your room every time.

Room smell was bad

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay last night. Unfortunately, the room had several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, including what appeared to be black mold growing on the walls and baseboards, a puddle of water on the floor behind the toilet, and a very dirty floor with visible hair and crumbs. We arrived late after attending a wedding, and when we got there, the hotel’s key maker wasn’t working. Someone had to walk us to our room and let us in. After unloading all of our luggage, we noticed the condition of the room and immediately called the front desk to request a different one. Unfortunately, the second room had essentially the same issues. We also had problems with communication and the late checkout we had arranged. We were told we could check out as late as 1 PM, which we agreed to. The next morning, we were woken up by loud talking and banging right outside our room. Despite trying to get some more sleep, housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10 AM. When we called the front desk, the room phone barely worked, so we had to use our cell phone. We were then told there was no note of our late checkout and that we had to be out by 11:30 AM. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told no manager was available and that our concerns would be passed along. Between the condition of both rooms, the noise, and the lack of communication, this was an extremely frustrating experience. We contacted the card provider we booked through and filed an insurance claim. Due to the health concerns with the room, we are receiving a full refund. We would not stay here again and would recommend that management address these cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service issues.

Good location, clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and quiet area. Needs a microwave though, other than that I’ll recommend.

The room was clean. There were No amenities. None! And they do not have breakfast like the ******* app said it did. I only needed this for a place to sleep so it filled that purpose.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was completely spartan. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There was one tiny piece of soap. The one bath towel was the size of a hand towel. There were ants, bugs, and spiders in the room. There was no coffee in the room. There was no refrigerator in the room. There were only two pillows for the bed. There was a pool but it was unheated. And to top it all off, there was a crazy person down a few doors from me ranting. I paid for two nights and left after the first night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ruth Bates

Joo they forgot to even give toilet rolls and soap! I didn’t bother to ask as I am sleepy and gone to bed! The blanket is thin and luckily I got a comforter from my camping trip!
