Best Western Petaluma Inn

the hotel was well situated next to the freeway and major shoping centers. the room itself is dated and the door didn't shut well. the breakfast was a joke.

Nice place to stay. Everything is clean and the free breakfast is a plus.

早餐的pancake很好吃，房間很乾凈。

Arrived late from traveling all day and was exhausted. Got to the room and there was a dirty napkin jammed in the peep hole, a booger on the bath towel, and stains on the pillow. Only a virtual employee there to help. Went to the lobby the next morning and still only a virtual employee. Ridiculous!

I have been staying at this hotel for over 7 years. It has steadily gone downhill. The carpet is from at least the 80’s and is filthy. Cracks in the bathroom sink, mildew in the shower and no elevator to access the second floor rooms. Now they are charging a $200 refundable security deposit when you check in. I will be looking at other hotels in the future.

A nice hotel overall. The only downsides are that it’s a bit noisy being close to the freeway on/off-ramps and the breakfast eggs and bacon aren’t very good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Basic and clean. Restaurant next door is convenient. Breakfast was basic and filling. In person staff are friendly. Glad I didn’t have to interact with the remote person on the screen in the lobby. First time seeing it.

A nice hotel with clean and well-maintained rooms. While the room wasn’t newly renovated, it was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding—very diverse, fresh, and delicious. The woman who took care of the breakfast service was exceptional and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our experience at this hotel

The hotel was a surprise. We were only here for a night so it worked for us. No elevator. Stairs. The guy at the desk was very helpful and understanding. Beds were comfortable and the extra pillows were great. The shower pan needs to be replaced. Very old and crummy looking.
