Nice service Far to San Francisco Close to Sonoma, Napa, Santa Rosa Fluttering floor, good to stay at the top floor to avoid the noises by staffing support Good breakfast B2B booking got room key deactivated makes me a little troubles while living at the top floor Free coffee, water, fitness and fruits are awesome

Clean and spacious

I came for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Very clean room and there are free coffee and tea whole day at the lobby. Also there is gym room and laundry room as well. I love the pool there even though it was quite cold these past two days. I love the breakfast as well. Lastly, it was closed to Petaluma outlet and it was nice this morning to go shopping.

We stayed at the Home2 Suites in Petaluma on August 24–25 and overall had a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we were very happy with our stay except for one significant issue. There is an outdoor speaker mounted on the wall directly outside some of the guest-room windows. It plays the same upbeat pop music that is played in the lobby, and unfortunately it continued playing throughout the night. Because the speaker was right outside our window, the music repeatedly woke us up. I completely understand having music in the lobby and outdoor areas during the day and evening, but there really shouldn’t be upbeat music playing outside guest-room windows in the middle of the night. Hopefully management can simply put the outdoor speakers on a timer or turn them off during quiet hours. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel and would happily stay here again — just hopefully in a room away from the speaker, or after this issue has been addressed.

When we checked in we were greeted by two friendly people, Brian and Nadine. They were both friendly and professional and made us feel welcome They recommended several restaurants that were walking distance from the hotel. Our room was nice and very clean! This hotel was very welcoming and quiet. We would definatrky stay here again!

Overall, this is a very good hotel for a trip to the Wine Country for a reasonable price for the size of the room. PROS Although the hotel is facing the freeway, the windows are high quality and there is no road noise as it is a new building The breakfast area is busy but well stocked and the staff keep it clean Good quality towels, large counters in bathroom The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and efficient, esp Kristen at the front desk plenty of parking, even at night on a Friday 25-35 min drive from Healdsburg, we went to a wine country wedding and it was an easy drive CONS Quality of sheets are not good, should be higher for a Hilton Carpets get alot of use and could use a good shampooing, esp in the common areas. Lots of stains. The carpet in the room had 2 noticeable stains. I would stay here again.

Pros: The Staff at this property was very nice, welcoming and pleasant to deal with throughout the stay. Cons: The room’s cleanliness was a major issue. There was a visible stain on the floor as well as on the sofa bed. Because of these cleanliness lapses, I did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot and felt the need to wear slippers and shower shoes for my entire stay. Overall: While the customer service was good, housekeeping needs to do a much more through job with deep cleaning the rooms.

Everything was clean and well kept but had issues getting the air conditioning in our room to work. Arrived around 9pm so staff on hand didn’t really have any fixes. Was able to keep overriding it to cool but it would keep resetting the temp to 85. Breakfast was ok but definitely the worst of the 3 Hilton2home hotel bfast.

We enjoy our stay. Rooms was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They always had Coffee:) I will for Sue come back!!!!
