The room is very well equipped with refrigerator, TV, stereo, wine glass, bottle opener, tableware, microwave, converter plug, ironing machine. It is very clean. Although it is a corner room, the view is good. The lobby on the 6th floor is not big. There is a robot coffee machine, which is quite fun. The drinks in the refrigerator are replenished every day, including sparkling water, milk, beer and juice. The view downstairs is good. The rooftop swimming pool on the 19th floor is sparsely populated and is open from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm.

It takes about 8 minutes to walk from the hotel to the subway station, many shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby, convenient shopping, the location is quiet and bustling; the air conditioning in the room is noisier, the water pressure is average;

Located in the business center, it is convenient to all office buildings. The etiquette department and the front desk service are good, and everyone greets with a smile. The hotel sent an email to confirm the reservation details before arriving at the hotel, which is professional. The overall check-in experience is good. The only drawback is: after checking out, I sent an email to the hotel to ask for the bill because the company needs to reimburse. The hotel has not responded yet. I called the hotel switchboard number shown on Ctrip, but was told that the number was wrong. How could a regular hotel make such a mistake? I turned to contact Ctrip customer service to help solve it. (Here I praise Ctrip customer service, professional and fast!) According to the communication with customer service, it is speculated that the hotel cannot provide the bill because of the price system. I don’t agree with the hotel’s practice of avoiding answering questions and not replying to emails. This handling method is unprofessional. It is recommended that the hotel strengthen employee training instead of pretending not to see when you don’t want to reply.

The edge pool made me feel relaxed and happy, the room was spacious, the view was nice, the location was very good, it was convenient to get around, and the customer service staff listened carefully and were very helpful.
