酒店服務非常好，尤其是客房服務，替客人想的周全，看到我們洗的衣服沒地方晾曬，主動拿來了晾曬的架子，我們外出回來，看到陽台的這一幕真是激動，還幫我們把衣服晾曬好，太感謝了！

退房時候的體驗比較差，新入住的和退房的全部混在一起排隊，所以等的時間比較長，不像其他酒店退房的時候都比較快捷。另外，酒店入住和退房手續有點半自助的形式，表面上看好像省力，其實效率很低。

房間打掃很乾凈，前台很熱情，有中文服務，陽台可以看到金沙酒店和魚尾獅公園，樓下的教堂也非常美。遺憾房內沒有單獨淋雨區，在浴缸裏洗澡需要掌握好技巧爬上爬下

度假的時候，新加坡的天氣那幾天沒有下雨出奇的配合，酒店有兩個陽台，環境很好，衞生也挺好，服務也很貼心，酒店大堂有很多精品的伴手禮的店，茶葉咖啡等很方便，酒店附近就有商場可以逛，很近很近。整體還是非常不錯的。可能我覺得唯一我不太喜歡的是，酒店的紙巾質量很差，比拼夕夕某類紙還差，另外就是酒店沒有瓶裝水，出門去逛的時候還要特地單獨去買，和國內感知不太一樣。

在新加坡市中心裏酒店房間算大的，可以同時打開兩個大行李箱，還有沙發茶几，配備的泳池也不錯，小童和成人有兩個泳池，出行也很方便，去主要的景點都很近，教堂和來福士商場就在隔壁，酒店到地鐵站室外部分就走1分鐘，避免了熱。大堂工作人員也有會中文的，預算充足的建議訂海景房，在房間直接看到金沙酒店，夜景還是很不錯的，6-8月每週六晚8點有新加坡60週年國慶煙花匯演，海景房可以在房間就能欣賞。

Located just next to Raffles Hotel and there is a Balcony in the room which offers seaview better than that in the Marina Bay Sands …there are two swimming pools and one is for kids
