Hilton Garden Inn Watertown/Thousand Islands

酒店環境很好 雖然裝修有點老舊 但是衞生很乾凈 早餐也很好

Five stars all the way. Clean upkeep. Pool was excellent. Management on top of things. I had a small problem and FD asks for my room. Before I could say anything after my room maintenance was already there. Very quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was polite and professional. Dunno what else to say except I’ll be back.

My family and I absolutely love this hotel, I cannot say enough nice things about it. We love the clean rooms, the pool is always nice and warm! The coffee station they setup is key in the morning !! My son loves getting a cup of hot chocolate too!! The staff goes above and beyond always! This stay I need to shout out Sloan, and Josh M. Josh came outside after turning the fireplace on for us, he made sure everything was up and running and we were set! The Grille has great food, and its fantastic to not have to go anywhere. Although they have tons of place you can walk to and eat.

Room was very nice Pool and hot tub were great. Staff lady that checked us in was amazing

Best stay we have ever had. The restaurant was excellent, worked with my food allergies, Rooms were clean and well kept. Thank you for making our experience so special.

The breakfast options were a little confusing when booking. But overall loved staying there.

We did have an issue with noise and lumpy bed but the staff was great and got us a new room that resolved those issues. The rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby was lovely. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub.

Everything was great, the food was great, pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive if we need anything, our room was very clean, beds were just a bit to hard for us but we made due 😊

Worst experience I’ve ever had in an overpriced, awful awful experience. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would recommend nobody else does either.
