Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown - 1000 Islands

It was wonderful stay

Property was ok...but got hit witha pet charge of $65 that was mentioned NOWHERE when we reserved on *******. They did let us stay an extra hour or so as our car was being repaired..but we more than paid for that hour apparently.

I complained twice about a extremely noisy air conditioning unit in the room next to me. Nothing was done. I request to change room but front desk said they would solve the problem. Nothing happened.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. AC kept us comfortable. There was no hook (broken) to hang clothes in bathroom. Also, an outlet was missing a cover. We did report it to front desk. All in all excellent place to stay! TY

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Room and bathroom were very clean, elevators could use some carpet cleaning but otherwise the overall envirorment was neat and clean. AC worked perfectly and we actually prefer the mattresses there compared to some of the other (more expensive) hotels we've stayed in in the area. We plan to stay there again in the future.

Our stay for two night was a bit trematic on our part. Our car broke down and we were forced to rent a car to get back home 2 hours away. The staff and especially the airport shuttle driver were awesome and helpful. So willing to assist us with all of our needs. We really appreciated all their care they extended. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again on our next visit.

It was ok, not the cleanest or well maintained hotel. I read online that the pool was closed for renovations I asked the front desk if it was open which they said it was. Definitely not renovated the bottom was dirty and a light fixture was floating in it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but we would not stay there again.

Great breakfast, good choices, plenty of seating and kept well stocked and clean. I really prefer staying places where the room is cleaned daily but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t an issue

TV channels don't match their ID on the TV so it's confusing to watch and find a channel. Otherwise, everything else was fine! :-)
