Red Garter Inn

This place was a lot of fun for my family. We had no idea about the ******* nature of this hotel but it just added to the experience

Great place and location

一幢很有歷史感的房子，房間佈置的很有味道。樓上共有4間客房，有一間專供客人共用的可以喝咖啡、飲料、點心的房間。周邊有威廉姆斯的遊客中心以及餐館，晚上可以在附近逛逛小店，入住體驗感不錯！

It was a NASTY EXPERIENCE. Room smelled awful. We had gotten no code to open the front door. With difficulty had to find a number to call. Manger sent a maintenance person to remove the offending deodorizer. Room still smelled AWFUL. We could not sleep there. They have a no refund policy, but the contract goes both ways. The room should be nice and able to be slept in for the price paid. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND EVEN THOUGH WE HAD TO LEAVE!!! Totally unreasonable. I would not recommend that a flea sleep there! We touched nothing in the room. We did not use the bathroom, nothing. The maintenance person can confirm. We are IRATE that no consideration will be given. We are very unhappy with ORBITZ AND RED GARTER INN!!!

There are very steep stairs to get to the rooms. You need good legs a a strong back. It has easy parking. The rooms are decorated for the period. It’s an ok property. We never received any instructions for how to check in and there is no one onsite. When we asked about checking in a text was sent. It seemed we were bothering them. Zero customer service. Also, no instructions were left in the room. We found a coffee maker and ice. There is a cafe below the rooms in a connected building. The only word for it is RUDE. We do not recommend. There are much better places to stay.

If you’re looking for fun and different this is definitely it! The hotel is tiny, doesn’t have standard hotel amenities. It’s simple and to the point with basic necessities. Very historic vibe which is on point for Route 66. Loved the fact that we could walk the entire Williams downtown district. Lots of restaurants and shops. Loved how it fit into the groove of the area. If you’re looking for simple, vintage and 100% different than all other hotels or B&Bs, this is it

This place has it all. Charm, location, comfort, clean, communication. We loved being in the heart of Williams in such a historical setting. We enjoyed the Parlor Room. Parking is right there. The stairs were good cardio with our bags. (There is no elevator). There is no office, but everything was setup for self check-in.

What a great place We travel a lot and it always better to find a unique place with character. It has all the modern convenience you need, perfect location and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful historic hotel. We could not be happier with our room. The room had all period furnishings it reminded me of my grandma's house. Good job we will definitely return. 👍
