Jeju Island invites you to take a cooking class in the embrace of nature, to understand the true meaning of Jeju cuisine between the mountains and the sea, and to embark on a unique journey of tasting.

Funny course content: The course content is rich and varied. You can choose to make carrot pound cake, orange meringue pie, citrus macaroons, Jeju buckwheat noodles and pork rib cakes, chocolate and other set courses to suit students with different needs. Students can not only learn how to select and process ingredients, but also master a variety of cooking techniques and seasonal menu design.

Diverse teaching modes: Jeju Island has a "self-service cooking" studio where you can pick the ingredients you need from the vegetable garden and make your own recipes based on the video recipes of cooking experts. Friendly staff will also provide timely assistance when you need it. In addition, there is a chocolate world where professional teachers will guide you to make macarons and chocolates.

Eco-friendly facilities: The modern and sophisticated interior is equipped with tablets, cookers and utensils needed for cooking. All materials and equipment are equipped for one person, and the harvest of raw materials, ingredients and crops will vary according to the menu and season, so you can make it according to your own progress without worrying about the different progress affecting the finished product.

Jeongbang Waterfall

#koreatrip "Jeongbang Waterfall is absolutely stunning. It’s one of the rare waterfalls in the world that falls directly into the ocean. The sound of crashing water combined with the sea breeze made for a peaceful atmosphere. The walk down to the falls involves navigating rocky terrain, so sturdy footwear is essential. I spent about an hour taking in the view and snapping photos. Vendors nearby sell snacks and drinks, adding to the convenience. It’s a quick yet memorable stop, ideal for those who appreciate natural beauty and unique landscapes."

Address - 172-4 Jeongbang-dong, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do Ambiance/Facilities - A small, cozy restaurant set in downtown Seogwipo. Sparkiling clean and well serviced. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The food was out of this world. The chef is a one man show and he was fantastic. Highlights - All the dishes were freshly prepared with high quality ingredients. Everything was five stars. We got basil sorbet on the house. It was delicious and the creme brulee is a must have. Avg. Price per Person - 16 000krw - 20 000krw Rating - A perfect score for a perfect meal. Highly recommend. Cheonjeyeon Waterfall

#koreatrip A must-visit natural tourist spot when visiting Seogwipo Jeju. Entrance ticket ₩2500 per person. There are 3 waterfall locations here. Tourists can take pictures on rocks or in the water and the best. The water is very clear, to get here requires sacrifice and energy because there are many stairs down. Prepare yourself physically to go to this waterfall. Address : 2232 Jungmun-dong, 특별자치도, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do, South Korea

Cheonjeyeon Waterfall

#koreatrip Beautiful nature landscape. But watch out for the stairs, it’s numerous. You need good stamina to go here. To go to the waterfall we pass by through the beautiful bridge. I went there in summer. I thought I could go down to feel the water, but there’s a sign to keep out of the water for safety reasons Still it’s a great place to visit, I would recommend this place if you come to Jeju

Sumang Tea Garden Cafe in Seogwipo

I discovered Sumang Tea Garden while searching for a place to try matcha latte during my trip to Jeju! The tea field view was great, spacious, and comfortable, so I decided to visit again after a trip to Mulyeongari Oreum. The combination of the more beautiful tea field view and the fragrant tea was perfect. The black tea latte made from their homegrown tea was also delicious, and I enjoyed the peaceful time alone ꒰✿ᐡ⸝ɞ̴̶̷ ·̮ ɞ̴̶̷⸝ᐡ꒱ ⏱Business Hours: Daily 10:00 - 18:00 📍Sumang Tea Garden 84, Taesu-ro 608beon-gil, Namwon-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju

A peaceful spot

#waterfalls The cheonjiyeon waterfall was a very relaxing trip. I had rented a scooter to explore several nature spots in Jeju. This is a very clean and well maintained waterfall. The vicinity is so clean. I remember walking from the parking spot. Might be like 5-10 minutes. It is a shaded and green path. A well landscaped surrounding. It puts you at ease with a sense of nature all around. There is a bus stop too and i remember some tourists coming from there. Yet, for a weekend it wasn't crowded at all. Now, the waterfall is not the biggest but for me this afternoon, this was so peaceful to stop at. I stayed there for half an hour before leaving. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Jeju. #nature #waterfalls #summerdestinations #southkorea #100waysoftravel #jeju #myhiddengems

Beautiful

It's less of a museum but more of a tourist spot. I mean it's a really nice cafe with a shop inside it and fields surrounding it. Nevertheless, going and trying some of their tea desserts, coupled with the aesthetics of the environment was a fun and worthwhile experience. We also got some really well decorated souvenirs. I noticed a lots of families, couples or even solo travellers. Given that it takes a while to get there and the place is spacious, I think it can be a good picnic spot or a couple of peaceful hours for the whole family. It's overpriced though. #familytravel #afternoonteatime #museums

Jeju Jungmun Restaurant) Abang Galbi - Seogwipo Korean Beef Short Ribs and Cold Noodles Specialty Restaurant.

Fresh Ribs 170g 37,000 KRW Abang Galbi 200g 37,000 KRW . . Located in Jungmun, Seogwipo, Abang (meaning 'father') Galbi is a top-notch restaurant specializing in Jeju Korean beef ribs. The owner, who has 40 years of experience, runs the place, and the prices are quite reasonable. Compared to a famous beef rib restaurant in Busan, it's about 30% cheaper, but the taste is even better. You might suspect the quality of the meat if it's marinated, but the taste is so fantastic that you feel sorry for doubting it. The side dishes served as a basic are also very delicious, and the scallops are complimentary. On this day, I also tried the fresh ribs, and the juice flowing out along the grain was... really fantastic. It seems to be one of the best value-for-money Korean beef restaurants not only in Jungmun but also in the entire Seogwipo. It's already cheap, but you can get an additional 10% off with the Tamnaneunjeon card, so if you want to eat beef, you should definitely visit Abang Galbi. . . . 46 Jungmunsang-ro, Seogwipo-si 064 738 1841 11:30 ~ 22:00

Tips: i would recommend to rent a car and prepare in advance for international driver’s license since the island is quite big and to reach many destinations will take quite some time. Bus is reliable but you have to wait quite some time. 🚇 Transportation: bus & taxi 📷 Photo Spots : Cheonjeyeon Waterfall, Teddy Bear Museum, Bomunsa Temple, Osuloc Green Tea Field 🏠 Accommodation: Heyy Seogwipo

Gapa Island and Mara Island.. Songaksan Coastal Trekking..

Songaksan trekking is truly a dream journey for travelers who love sunsets and photography. As you climb the mountain at dusk and watch the sea and sky gradually turn red, you feel both calm and excited. When you reach the top of Songaksan, the view opens up to Gapa Island, Mara Island, and the Jeju coastline all at once, and the thought of capturing the changing light in that scenery fills you with excitement. The view of the sea beyond the crater is a unique scene that is hard to find elsewhere. The red sunset reflecting on the sea, and the light wrapping around the crater and coastal cliffs, is truly special. The sunset at Songaksan makes you forget the fatigue of the day and feel both the peace and awe that nature provides. Every moment you take a photo, the desire to capture that beauty grows, making you wish time would pass more slowly there.
