Located at the back of the north wing of the departure lobby on the second floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 1. A famous restaurant where you can casually enjoy the taste of "Taishoken", known as the restaurant that started the tsukemen boom, at the airport.
The "Special Morisoba", which has been loved for over 45 years since its establishment, has a mellow and deep flavor created by the double soup of seafood and animal ingredients. Even amid the hustle and bustle of the airport, you can find a nostalgic and comforting bowl here.
This time, I had the Mori Half-boiled Boiled Egg Soba, regular size 200g (1,180 yen). The firm, medium-thick noodles are coated with a sweet and sour dipping sauce, creating a classic taste. The soft, half-boiled egg adds a smooth and rich flavor, so you won't get bored of it until the last bite. The shop has about 30 seats, mostly at the counter. It has an atmosphere where you can easily stop by alone for a moment before setting off on your journey. It also accepts electronic money and QR payments, making it extremely convenient.
