The boats can only be rented during summer and are a bit overpriced 😅 It’s worth it though 🛶 2. Lago di Braies: Due to the easy accessibility the lake gets very crowded throughout the day. Either visit early in the morning or before sunset to avoid the crowds 💦 3. Tre Cime di Lavaredo - Basic Hike: Park at Rifugio Auronzo (quite expensive) and walk around the 3 peaks (beginner friendly) 🥾 4. Cave at Tre Cime di Lavaredo: Start the basic hike and go to Dreizinnenhütte. Behind it you can already see the caves. The hike takes very long and depending on the season it can be easy or difficult (we went in May with melting snow and it took 12 hours) 😅 5. Alpe di Siusi: You can only drive up by car if you book a hotel. Otherwise you need to take the cable car 🚠 There are different ones but our favorite is the one from St. Ulrich. 6. Malga Sanon at Alpe di Siusi: Don‘t miss this restaurant with the cute lookout at Alpe di Siusi ❤️ 7. The Restaurant also has a swing with an amazing view 🥹 8. Despite visiting in August, there was still a lot of snow. In winter, this place transforms into an amazing ski course. The snowy mountain world seen from the gondolas is incredible. I was able to fully enjoy the beauty of nature. At the mid-station, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal while taking in the view. There was also a bar at the top of the red and yellow gondola. Since it can be slippery, I recommend preparing proper footwear even in summer.
