#flowerblossom #100waysoftravel Flower viewing is part of my hobby and this time, I traveled down to view the blossoming of sunflower. There is a vast field with tens of thousands of sunflower being planted at the flower bed, and the blossoming is peak at that time. You can see the vast yellow flower in the middle of Taebaek mountain which gives you a very nice scenery behind the scene. Besides, there are also wild cosmos beside the sunflowers and this adds more colours to the picture. Journey could be a bit far and hilly but it's worth the travel. Will definitely do this again.

I visited the Tongri Train Village in Taebaek, which features the park that served as the filming set for the drama 'Descendants of the Sun.' Taebaek Tongri is a quiet place where you can take a leisurely stroll through the village and notice the charming railway tracks. The train village is a small themed area centered around Tongri Station on the Taebaek Line. It exudes a quaint charm with its old railway tracks and the small, rustic station. During your trip to Taebaek Tongri, this is a great spot for taking photos. Additionally, the Taebaek Tongri Five-Day Market is held here, so I highly recommend exploring both.

I visited Guwawoo, a large cafe right next to the Taebaek Guwa Village Sunflower Festival. It is spacious and has a great view. Books are prepared for you to read, and the seating area is unique.
