The first two days, we walked around taking pictures 📸 and playing in Shanghai. The weather was cold ❄️ and the wind was strong 🌬️. It's a city that feels very Hi-tech and Cashless society. In the morning, we accidentally met 2 robots 🤖 walking around. Wow, it's like in the movies. Today, we traveled out of the city 🧳 to the Valley of Angels 😇 Wangxian Valley ⛰️✨, an ancient village that is a 4A tourist attraction in China 🇨🇳 Traveling in China is quite convenient... 🛤️ 🪭Early in the morning🌞 We left the JI hotel near The Bund and took the Metro for about 40 minutes. 🪭 To get on the Hi-speed train, you can book through Trip.com. It's very convenient 🚅 at Shanghai Hongqiao Station and sit for about 3 hours. 💺 Plus, we went one station later. Add another 1 hour! 🥹 The staff are very cute 👮🏻 Everyone is very helpful. Very impressive ❤️ 🪭When we arrived at Shangrao Station, we called Didi 🚖 and rode for another 1 hour to check in at Xiansu Hotel 🏨, which is located in the Valley of Angels. We arrived at the hotel at around 4 pm. 🌤️ ⛰️✨ We packed up our stuff at the hotel and went out to find something to eat 🍢 and took some pictures. The light was beautiful 📸 and there were a lot of people. ☀️Early in the morning, we went out to take pictures. It was great! No people. So cool. We went back to Shanghai. The stir-fried vegetables are still delicious. The seaweed soup is good. The first time I went, I missed it. They closed the queue. I set a goal for tomorrow. I have to eat it. Most bagels are dense, so I'm not really into them. They're not very milky or buttery. LOL But when I walked past and smelled it and there were a lot of people, I decided to give it a try. If I couldn't decide, I'd just go with the one that says "Top 1", something like wagyu beef. It's sooo delicious. Oh my gosh, it's so delicious. While I'm typing this, I'm swallowing my saliva and wanting to eat it again. 🥟 Yang's Dumpling, the pork xiao long bao is sooo delicious. The dough is soft on top and crispy on the bottom. The soup is so delicious. There are many branches. I've eaten there many times. Whenever there's a long line, Yang will always finish it. LOL 🧀 Holiland, a popular bakery shop for Thai souvenirs. Their cheesecakes are great. The packaging is beautiful and delicious. It's perfect for buying on your way back. As for me, I went on the wrong day and returned 2 days later. I ate by myself. I have to thank Admin Oh for the advice. 💸 Huaihai This is my favorite shopping area. It's really a disaster. 5555 There are many shops to walk around: Songmont, HUMAN MADE, TAMBURINS, Gentle Monster, Niko and.. 📱 My favorite apps that I use are Alipay, Amap, Dianping, TrueMoney 🩷 Cashless, which is sincere and I don't use a single yuan in cash. I love Mala. Luckily, I only found clean restrooms. I understand that they are trying to relieve the pain by having many places that have automatic systems. You can locate the North Bund Riverside Green Space, which is a large promenade with restaurants and the Magic City Matrix. Once you enter the North Bund Riverside Green Space, you can start looking for photo spots while walking. Photo Spots: 1. Rainbow Bridge: After crossing the bridge, you can take photos of the giant egg-shaped building and the skyscrapers across the river (Photo 3). 2. Under the bridge, you will see a silver giant egg, which is a restaurant. Taking photos from behind the egg with the Oriental Pearl Tower in the background is also a great spot (Photo 4). 3. Moving forward, you will see the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Lujiazui skyline. The promenade here is also a good place for photos. 4. Walking towards the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal, there is a slope coming out of a parking lot, which is another photo spot. Taking photos from the bottom of the slope upwards, you can capture the massive Oriental Pearl Tower (Main Photo). Highly recommended to visit here. The fewer crowds make it relatively comfortable. Head to north Bund for coffee at Manner and a good view of the Pearl Tower. Best to go before 9am so you get zero crowd plus many seats inside Manner. The Bund is very crowded whether it’s in the day or night. So the best time to visit is between 8-9am. There are also many street photographers taking pics for you at a fee. This is very useful for solo travellers. The cost is not expensive and you get nice pictures especially the night scene.
