Looking for a laid-back brunch spot in Ubud, I decided to visit Alchemy Café. Although I hesitated at first since it's a vegan café, the cozy atmosphere quickly won me over, and I found myself settling in comfortably. The overall vibe is quiet and relaxed, making it a perfect place to visit even if you're alone 🌿. The café features a salad bar where you can pick your own ingredients. The vegetables were fresh, and there was a good variety of dressings, which made the experience quite satisfying. You can also control the portion size, making it ideal for a light meal 🥕🥑. I also ordered a smoothie bowl, which had that unmistakable healthy taste! It wasn’t overly sweet, and the fresh fruits made it a refreshing choice for the hot weather. Instead of coffee, most people seemed to opt for kombucha or coconut water, and the menu caters well to these preferences.
