Benxi｜Tangshigou - Dongdagang - Cihuagou

📍Benxi, Liaoning | Stream Trekking + Hiking Tangshigou - Dongdagang - Cihuagou Loop | Total Distance: 15.77km First half: Stream trekking | Second half: Mountain climbing The stream section is super refreshing, but the steep mid-section climb is quite exhausting this season. The descent isn’t difficult—just soft soil, so watch your footing. After leveling out, you’ll encounter a flowing creek, followed by villages and roads before returning to the starting point. No snakes spotted, moderate mosquitoes/insects. But beware of a certain plant—its thorns sting terribly! Recommended: Long sleeves & pants. The stream section is extremely slippery—everyone falls, so tread carefully! Pack spare shorts, water shoes/shoe covers, extra socks. Hiking poles are essential, plus insect repellent and plenty of water. This is the most beautiful trail I’ve hiked so far!
