This hotel is truly worth recommending over and over again!!!

This is my Nth trip to Chengdu for food and fun, but staying at Crescent Hotel was definitely the most delightful surprise! Hidden in the city center, this gem perfectly blends Instagrammable aesthetics with authentic old Chengdu vibes—absolutely amazing! ✨ Nailing the design aesthetics The hotel features a minimalist white and wood-toned design, with floor-to-ceiling windows and stylish moon-shaped lamps in the rooms—every corner is photo-worthy. The spiral staircase and rooftop terrace in the lobby are my favorites, especially when lit up at night—utterly magical! 📍 Prime location The hotel is right next to Tianfu Square metro station, just a 10-minute walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The best part? Lao Ma Ti Hua (signature pig trotter stew) and Long Chao Shou (dumplings) are right downstairs—no need for late-night delivery! 🛏️ Sleeping in a "little moon" We booked the Crescent room with a huge round bathtub. With the provided bath salts and aromatherapy, soaking while enjoying the night view of Chunxi Road was pure bliss. The 60-thread-count cotton bedding was so cozy we didn’t want to get up! 📸 Photo hotspots • Rooftop terrace: Perfect spot for photos with the 339 TV Tower • Spiral staircase: Shoot from above for a dramatic depth effect • Moon lamp room: Turn on the lights at night for maximum ambiance • Lobby book nook: The ultimate spot for "artsy" posed shots 🍜 Nearby food guide • 3-min walk: Xiyuecheng Tandouhua (their iced fermented bean curd is a must!) • 5-min walk: Gan Haijiao Chao Shou (spicy, thin-skinned, stuffed to the brim) • 8-min walk: Malubianbian Spicy Hotpot (retro street-style dining) 💡 Tips: 1. Choose a higher-floor room for better views 2. Weekday rates during off-peak seasons can be 1/3 cheaper 3. Book the rooftop terrace in advance 4. Free Hanfu experience available (reservation required) This stay was the perfect blend of design and local charm. After exploring Kuanzhai Alley by day, returning to a relaxing bath with night views—now that’s the true Chengdu slow-life experience!
