China Lighthouse Museum is quiet, fun, and exceeds expectations. Visit the China Lighthouse Museum in Daishan during the holidays! The China Lighthouse Museum is located on the seaside of Zhuyu New District in Daishan County, it is China's first tourist attraction themed around lighthouses. The main exhibition hall is a two-story building modeled after the Portland Lighthouse in the USA. The first floor is the exhibition hall, and the second floor has a lighthouse leisure bar and a simulated driving room (which was not open when I visited). Besides the main venue, if you go out and walk along Xinghe Road towards the seaside, you can see 7 famous lighthouses from different countries and with different architectural styles! Every so often, you can see a lighthouse built in the middle of the road's median strip, modeled after France's Amédée Lighthouse, Germany's Pelworm Lighthouse, Canada's Cove Lighthouse, Norway's Kavert Lighthouse, South Africa's Robben Lighthouse, Uruguay's Colonel Lighthouse, and the USA's Portland Lighthouse. The lighthouse at the end of Xinghe Road by the sea has a white tower body, a grey-blue top, and yellow doors and windows, combined with the clear sky by the sea, it's very fresh and clean! The best spot to take pictures of the main exhibition hall is the green lawn outside the hall.
