It was super delicious😆 I was surprised after taking a bite!! It was so soft! I was moved! It was 160g, so if it was regular meat, I'm sure I would get heartburn, but it was totally fine☺ Plus, it was topped with dashi and had a gentle taste❤ I had it with wasabi, mustard, or egg yolk soy sauce, depending on my preference🍴 It goes well with everything, so I rotate between them lol The rice was also cooked in a clay pot and was shiny✨Good! The miso soup was made with dashi made from dried sardines and bonito flakes, and the toppings were eggplant and enoki mushrooms.
