Heullimgol’s Hidden Magic

#summervacay So I hit up Heullimgol in Yangyang, and wow, total under-the-radar gem. You follow this stream through a narrow valley with these epic cliffs and smooth, worn-down rocks that look like nature’s version of a spa. Super relaxing vibes right from the start. The water’s crystal clear and freezing (in a good way). I legit dipped my feet in and instantly felt like I had new legs. There are spots where you can wade or just sit and soak it all in. Perfect if you're not trying to do a hardcore hike but still want that “out in nature” feeling. The trail isn’t long or difficult, just enough to feel like you’ve done something. Also, barely any crowds when I went, which made it feel extra peaceful. It’s just you, the water, and the sound of birds doing their thing. If you're in Yangyang and need a nature reset without breaking a sweat, Heullimgol is it. Bring snacks, bring friends, and don’t skip it.
