Coastal Vibes & Ridge Feels

#summervacay Eungbongsan in Uljin, Gyeongsangbuk-do is that perfect combo of mountain + ocean energy, and I’m so here for it. The trail starts out simple enough, winding through thick pine forest with the scent of salt and earth in the air. You get little peeks of the sea as you climb, which honestly makes the hike feel kinda magical. The path is well-marked and not too brutal, just enough elevation to make your legs work a bit, with a few rocky sections to keep it spicy. What really hits though is when you get up on the ridge. ocean on one side, mountains on the other. Total 360-degree wow. The summit itself is cozy but gives you this insane view of the East Sea and Uljin coast. I just sat up there for a while, soaking in the breeze, snacking, and thinking, “Yep, this is the life.” If you’re into mellow hikes with epic views and sea breeze moments, Eungbongsan is the move.
