Tian Tan Buddha

#chinatrip Very big Buddha! Would recommend going from the bus to get there before the cable cars are open so you can get there right when it opens. It allows you to have a quieter time. The steps are not so bad if you are used to hiking, and there are a lot of neat shops in the village. Would recommend storing your luggage at the mall at the bus station so you don't have to carry so much if you are on a day trip.
