It's a small branch with no seats, but people were waiting patiently in line because everyone knew that "this is a must-eat"🫶🏻 Even though it's a Grab & Go branch, Bakehouse Tsim Sha Tsui still maintains the warm character of a European bakery. The smell of freshly baked pastries wafts through the air even before you reach the door. 🧈 🍮 The menu I fell in love with • Sourdough Egg Tart A legendary egg tart with crispy, layered sourdough dough that's very buttery. The egg filling is smooth, fragrant, and not too sweet. Eating it while it's warm is so good that you can't speak. • Butter Croissant The croissants here are another thing you shouldn't overlook! The dough is thin, crispy, and fluffy with beautiful layers. The inside is a little chewy and the buttery aroma makes you want to forget the world.
