Seafood Dishes Are Outstanding

Had dinner with my family at this restaurant and ordered some seafood dishes. The meal was truly sumptuous! First, we ordered the nourishing double-boiled soup: The soup was rich in ingredients, had a naturally sweet flavor, and was incredibly nourishing! 🍲 For the main course, we had the Australian Lobster with E-Fu Noodles in Superior Broth (about 1 catty): The lobster meat was fresh, sweet, and bouncy, while the broth was rich and flavorful. The E-Fu noodles absorbed all the essence of the lobster and broth, making them incredibly tasty. 🦞 We also tried the Supreme Roast Goose (1/4 portion): The roast goose had crispy skin and tender meat, perfectly roasted with a delightful flavor! The aroma of the goose fat combined with the tender meat was irresistible. 🦢 The live Sabah Giant Grouper was on special for $68 each, which was a great deal! The fish was fresh and tender, and it was quite a large portion. The steaming method preserved the fish's natural flavor. 🐟 For vegetables, we chose stir-fried Chinese kale, which was crisp and perfectly cooked! This meal was truly satisfying!
