Bubu Tea House at Dongtan Central Park

The tea is served with a friendly explanation. Although the café was full and there was a waiting list, I spent the time admiring the various tea sets, which made the wait enjoyable. I ordered the Hongcha Milk Tea, Jeongsansojoong, and the Tea Set with a Pound Cake for one person. For the tea, I chose Baekgye-gwan. The accompanying Mugwort Matcha Pound Cake paired wonderfully with the tea. The tea had an excellent aroma and taste, and I was told it could be steeped up to five times. The milk tea was a bit disappointing as it became bland when the milk was added while the tea was still hot.
