Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral: A Convenient & Value-Packed Stay! 🏨✨

#summervacay I've said it before: KL's airport is quite a distance, and taxi rides can be a bit... thrilling! So, both last time and this time, I opted for the smart choice: taking the train directly from the airport to KL Sentral. Staying near KL Sentral just makes life so much easier. This time around, I picked Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. It was partly for convenience and partly because the Le Méridien and Hilton, where I've stayed before, were a bit pricier. Aloft KL Sentral: The Pros Excellent Location: No need to elaborate much here! There's a direct walkway from the first floor straight into the shopping mall. And guess what? On the basement level of that mall, you'll find my beloved Vietnamese pho! Great Value: Aloft is generally a 4-star hotel, so the price point is significantly lower than Le Méridien and Hilton. It definitely comes in under RM 1,000 per night, which is fantastic value. Gym & Rooftop Pool: The hotel has a well-equipped gym, and a rooftop pool. I didn't get to use the pool myself (I can't swim, sadly!), but I'm sure it offers those stunning infinity pool views of the Twin Towers. Suite Service is On Point: I used a room upgrade voucher and got bumped up to a suite. One of the rare instances where the minibar was completely free! While the selection wasn't huge, it was a thoughtful touch and more than enough.
