Lijiang-Dali-Kunming丨Yunnan Travel Tips Wuhan✈️Lijiang ❤️Lijiang Day 1: Flew directly to Lijiang on the first day. After checking into the hotel and dropping off our luggage, we went to explore Lijiang Old Town. The old town is very large. We had mushroom hotpot, which was delicious. While exploring, we encountered a famous singing dog. The owner was very friendly and even took song requests. The dogs in the shop were super cute. Day 2: We set off at 7 AM to Dongba Valley to see the sunrise over the Golden Mountain. It was truly breathtaking, and there were many people. Make sure to walk further inside where there are fewer people and better photo spots. You can definitely capture some amazing photos, provided you check the weather the night before. Then we went straight to Blue Moon Valley. Blue Moon Valley is incredibly beautiful. Walk further inside, and you'll find many lakes that are as clear as sapphires. Be sure to try the Grandma's Pork Rib Hotpot, which is cheap and delicious. Highly recommended. Day 3: The hotels in Yunnan are very comfortable. After waking up naturally, we went to check out the Hobbit Castle Rice Noodles. It felt like stepping into a fairy tale world. The rice noodle set comes with a photo session, which is great value. The rice noodles were also very tasty. In the afternoon, we visited Baisha Ancient Town, which has many cafes with views of the snow-capped mountains. There were many beautiful women, but Baisha Ancient Town has a serene beauty. There are many delicious snacks, and it's a great place to stroll around. ❤️Dali Day 4: In Dali, you must stay in a sea-view room. You can feed the seagulls right from your window. The S-bend in Dali is also very close, adjacent to Erhai Lake. The scenery is picturesque. You can rent a flower cart, enjoy the breeze from Erhai Lake, and take photos. Be sure to use sunscreen. We passed by a coffee shop called Xindi Coffee, where we ordered two cups of coffee and watched the seagulls. Every photo we took was stunning. The upstairs area is great for photos, making it the most beautiful coffee shop I've ever visited. Day 5: You must circle Erhai Lake when you visit. Our route was Shuanglang-Wenbi Village-Erhai Highway-Xiaoputuo-Lixiangbang. Shuanglang is incredibly comfortable, with dreamy flower fields that don't need any filters. The swing at Xiaoputuo is amazing, but there are many people. Day 6: You can't drive to Dali's Langqiao Bridge; you have to walk. Many people were taking photos at the bridge's arches, and they turned out great. I didn't dare to climb the crooked-neck tree, and there were many people in line. The seagulls at Longkan Wharf were numerous. I even saw a girl inserting roses into the ground, and the photo I took was stunning. ❤️Kunming Day 7: Kunming has a lot of delicious food. We spent the day eating, drinking, and shopping. Then we bought some local specialties and flew back to Wuhan✈️. Overall, this Yunnan trip was very comfortable. I've always had a certain longing for Yunnan, so I joined a small tour group on a whim. I told the guide in advance that I wanted to travel with people my age, so they arranged for peers. The itinerary was flexible, and we could stop whenever we wanted. Because the guide was a local, we avoided many pitfalls. There was no hard selling or shopping. If you join a tour group, make sure it's a semi-free tour. It's worry-free and enjoyable.
