The Troubles & Amazing nature

We ended up in Derry by a complete accident, but what a happy one it was! My daughter knew about it from “Derry Girls” on Netflix, and I never really did. We studied together, and we found ourselves incredibly emotional about the hardship that this region had endured throughout the XX century. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay for a couple of days. The cathedrals and pubs are nice and very beautiful. The museum of Derry is very well done, but it does make you rather emotional about the struggles in Northern Ireland#historicallandmarks #familytrip #derry #londonderry #northernireland
