Xiamen Travel Review: A charming city where the sea and tradition coexist

#July Travel Support Fund Xiamen exceeded my expectations. The romance of the seaside city and the fragrance of Chinese tradition are exquisitely combined here, and even just walking around, the scenery was as beautiful as a painting. The first day started at Gaoliangseo. I still vividly remember the feeling of walking along the seaside promenade and feeling the cool breeze. A cup of milk tea at a cafe facing the sea was enough to start the day. Sukjanghwawon is Xiamen's representative traditional garden, and just walking between the quiet pond and the old house calmed my mind. It was a space where the unique Chinese wooden architecture and garden aesthetics were alive. And at Ilgwangam, I could briefly feel the spiritual depth of the city along with the tranquility of the temple. The Piano Museum was a place that represented Xiamen's artistic sensibility. There were rows of old pianos on display, and in some exhibition halls, you could hear the sound of the piano being played, allowing for an emotional time. I really enjoyed the time spent walking slowly in a quiet atmosphere. Xiamen, which was short but densely enjoyed.
