Osaka Travel Must-see Tourist Attraction Osaka Castle A Cafe Where You Can Relax

📅 Osaka Trip Day 2 Afternoon A popular tourist destination for most people visiting Osaka is Osaka Castle! Osaka Castle is easily accessible, about 10 minutes by subway from Namba Station. Although you have to transfer, it is a short distance, cheap subway fares, and free admission to Osaka Castle (except for viewing the main tower). If you don't visit the main tower, you can stay at Osaka Castle for at least 2 hours, and if you visit the history museum and various parts of Osaka Castle, you can stay for up to half a day. Therefore, Osaka Castle is a place that you can visit in a short time, but it is also a good place to stay for a long time. 🛖 Osaka Museum of History Get off at Tanimachi Yonchome Station and head to Osaka Castle, and the first thing you will see is the Osaka Museum of History, which exhibits Osaka's history from ancient times to the present. Next to it is the Hoenzaka Ruins, a nationally designated historic site and warehouse (restored) from the 5th century. The black thatched roof is interesting. The interior is quite spacious and there weren't many people, so it was quiet and comfortable. There's a picture of Osaka Castle on one side of the cafe wall, so it's a great photo spot! Osaka Castle is so large that you have no choice but to walk a lot, but for children or the elderly who have difficulty walking a lot, it might be a good idea to consider using the mini electric car or road train operated by Osaka Castle. If you like history or are interested in Japanese history, it would be good to visit the Tenshukaku at least once. Children are free, but adults are 1,200 yen, so the price has gone up a lot. If you don't understand the castle tower properly, it may be a waste of time and admission fee as many people have said, so rent an audio docent with Korean support at the castle tower and listen to the explanation while you tour! Even if you don't tour the castle tower, Osaka Castle is so wide that there are many places to see. If you get tired of the heat while touring, go to Miraiza Osaka Castle to shop for souvenirs and take a break with matcha ice cream. Since it's a tourist attraction, the price of one ice cream is steep.
