The 1st floor is a large plaza selling souvenirs. The 2nd floor is a collection of luxury restaurants. Use a telescope to see the Seine River view. The 3rd floor has a panoramic view of the entire city of Paris. It's beautiful both during the day and at night. But what's really beautiful is that they turn on the lights on the tower every now and then.
