Huen Thung Paeng is decorated in a raw vintage style with antiques and toys around the shop, complemented by easy listening country music, making us feel like we have brought modern Isan to the middle of Saraburi. In the evening, the shop is dimly lit, and soft music adds to the Mood & Tone, making the meal truly memorable. ⸻ 🍽️ Appetizer menu We went all out with ‘Steamed Sea Curry’, which was fragrant, sweet, creamy, and well-balanced. It was really complete. Followed by ‘Fried Pork Rib Sausage’, crispy, fragrant, and fun to chew. It was so delicious. And don’t miss ‘Tam Luang Prabang’, which is so spicy and delicious that you have to order a second one.  ⸻ 🍲 A big plate of spicy and sour Moving on to the boiled curry, we chose to combine the spicy, sour and spicy ‘Tom Klong Pla Yang’ and the truly rich ‘Tom Saep’. It’s even better when you sip it while it’s hot. Then, cool off with the ‘Fried Shrimp’, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, fresh and satisfying.  ⸻ 💰 Spicy Time The shop is open every Tuesday–Sunday (closed on Mondays) from 10:00–21:00. There’s convenient parking on the side of the road, making it easy to get to the shop.
