While casually strolling around the neighborhood, I stumbled upon a hidden gem—Yangjae Citizen's Forest Hydrangea Spot! Whenever I think of hydrangeas, places near Seoul or Jeju Island usually come to mind first. But finding such a beautiful spot right here in my own neighborhood made me so happy 🪽. Although this location isn't overflowing with hydrangeas like some of the more famous hydrangea destinations, it’s still a lovely place to visit. Pairing it with a walk along Yangjaecheon Stream and Citizen's Forest makes for a perfect outing to enjoy flowers and a picnic. Bossum is usually made with pork belly, loin, or pork belly, but this one is made with thigh meat 🤤 I tried to imitate the ajussi and ajumma at the table next to me, but my first bite was pretty big 😅 I had to hold my mouth while eating to keep it from spilling out 🤣 The meat wasn't greasy, it was moist and soft 😋 All the side dishes were delicious 😆 I decided to go back for more I was a bit hesitant about raw garlic, so I left it, but I heard that it's an important ingredient in determining the taste of bossam, so I decided to eat it with it next time! 🧄 As soon as a seat becomes available, the next customer comes in.
