When you come to Shenyang, you must visit the East Tower. This trip not only lets you feel the historical charm but also enjoy a leisurely time. Take Metro Line 1 to Liming Square Station, exit from Exit A, then walk about 15 minutes to reach; you can also take bus routes 237 or 140 and get off at the East Tower stop, super convenient. 🎫Tickets: Free, no reservation needed, just go straight in! 🕙Opening Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. It’s recommended to visit in the morning when the sunlight is great for photos. Weekends are crowded, so try to avoid them. Arriving at the East Tower in the morning, the sunlight shines on the white tower body, perfect for snapping photos with your bestie. Shooting upward from the base of the tower with the blue sky as the background creates a cinematic feel; the red walls are also an excellent backdrop with light and shadow interplay. Wearing light-colored clothes, close-up portraits have a full atmospheric vibe. After getting tired from walking, go try the vegetarian noodles, choosing between Ruyi noodles and Luohan noodles, only 15 yuan per bowl, and you can get free refills. The noodles are chewy, and the broth is delicious, making you feel refreshed inside and out after eating. But it gets crowded, so remember to get a number first before exploring. The cultural and creative shop is also a must-visit. The East Tower mousse cake looks realistic, with a delicate texture, sweet but not greasy, and super photogenic; the gourd milk tea is served in a gourd-shaped cup, very high in aesthetic value and meaningful; there are also various bracelets and wristbands, including original three-in-one wristbands, glass bracelets, crystal bracelets, and cinnabar bracelets, with so many styles that you’ll be spoiled for choice; the Hundred Blessings Cup lets you fill it with gold ingots to take away, and the shop offers free stamping, so remember to bring your little notebook. In the afternoon, leave the East Tower and head straight to the pre-booked Haoze Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered the room. The overall environment is clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The bathroom has a dry and wet separation, a mini fridge, and the mattress and pillows are so comfortable, like being wrapped in clouds. The third floor is equipped with a gym and laundry room, which is very thoughtful for someone like me who loves exercising. The hotel location is also great, with convenient dining and shopping nearby. The next day, I enjoyed a beautiful lie-in and started the new day full of energy. Shenyang East Tower and Haoze Hotel really left my bestie and me with so many wonderful memories. Next time I come to Shenyang, I’ll definitely choose this place again!
