Checked in to the Ji Hotel 5.0 Xiaoshanqing Edition!! 🥳 Last weekend, I stayed at the first Xiaoshanqing Edition Ji Hotel in Shenzhen's Pingshan District (Ji Hotel Yanzihu International Convention & Exhibition Center Branch). Location📍: Yanzihu International Convention & Exhibition Center area, Pingshan District, Shenzhen. The overall experience was full of pleasant surprises~ ✨Highlight Upgrades Revealed: 1⃣️ Workspace Upgrade! Replaced with booth sofas—working here is incredibly comfortable! 💻 Office workers will love it. 2⃣️ Full-Room Smart Upgrade! Every room is equipped with the Hello Huazhu Voice Assistant 📱 Adjust lights, turn on the AC, or close the curtains just by speaking—a dream for the lazy~ 3⃣️ Bath Amenities Upgrade! Hair dryers now match the Orange Hotel LOHAS standard No more sore arms for long-haired girls when drying hair 💆‍♀️ 4⃣️ Expanded Public Areas! Besides the huge lobby on the first floor There’s also a stunning Xiaoshanqing Tea Room on the 19th floor 🍵 Perfect for meetings, waiting, or just daydreaming~ ⚠️ Minor Issues Needing Improvement: ❌ The bathroom lighting is too dim And the floor tiles are a bit slippery—almost took a tumble 😢 (Same issue as the Orange Hotel LOHAS!) ❌ The mini-fridge was "upgraded" to a "mini-freezer" Capacity shrunk to two-thirds of the 4.0 version Can barely fit a few cans of cola now 😭 💰 Pricing: The 5.0 edition’s room rates have indeed gone up Almost on par with Mercure and Atour now But the quality has improved significantly 💯 Final Verdict: Ji Hotel 5.0 is truly impressive! A perfect blend of Chinese aesthetics and smart tech Great for business trips or weekend getaways 🉑
