Hoshino Resorts Tomamu unveils a new attraction!

On July 7, Cloud Round made its debut at the Unkai Terrace within Hoshino Resorts Tomamu! This new spot, resembling a swing, is located at the highest point of the terrace. That day, the clouds kept changing from bad weather-type sea of clouds, transforming the scenery moment by moment. I hope to encounter a thick, fluffy sea of clouds someday. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Unkai Terrace! To celebrate, special anniversary events are planned, including the launch of Cloud Round. Starting May 1, the Unkai Cafe within the terrace began offering Cloud Cakes. These adorable sweets are made with cream using Tomamu milk, designed to resemble clouds. When you cut into the cake, you'll find a sauce made with haskap berries inside. While strolling around the terrace, I discovered the "Cloud Omikuji" fortune slips! Inside the slips are lucky charms shaped like viewing spots, and this year, a special 20th-anniversary charm has been added. When I tried my luck, guess what? I got the 20th-anniversary charm! Haha. There are plenty of other anniversary events to check out! For those who couldn't visit Unkai Terrace, you can still enjoy the "Unkai Parfait" at Restaurant hal during dinner.
