Address - PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering Hotel, 3 Upper Pickering Street, Singapore 058289 Ambience/Facilities - Ambience was beautiful as the restaurant had two sides with full ceiling height windows that allowed natural light to come through, making the space feel open and inviting! Highlights - Being able to stand in an assisted buffet line and point out exactly what you want instead of clicking on QR codes was great. Chicken wings were hot and crispy, pastries were flaky and buttery, even the pancakes and dim sum red bean buns were sufficiently moist and surprisingly not rock-hard. Drinks like hot chocolate and mocha were chargeable though, which was rather unusual. Avg. Price per Person - We didn’t pay extra as it was already included in our staycation package!
