Calamorro Mountain

The mountain is accessible by the Teleférico Benalmádena cable car, which takes visitors from Arroyo de la Miel to the summit.Additionally, there is vehicle access and hiking trails for those who prefer to hike.From the summit, you can enjoy spectacular panoramas of the Costa del Sol (Málaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola), even Gibraltar and the African mountains on clear days. There is a network of approximately 2.8 km of hiking trails, along with several miradors, recreation areas, restaurants, and a bird-of-prey showground (Valle de las Águilas) exclusively for cable car visitors. One of the key locations on the slopes is Cueva del Toro, a prehistoric site from the Upper Paleolithic (around 15,000 years ago), with cave paintings and artifacts now on display in the local museum.
