The newly opened Hyatt hotel in Shibuya is too close to the subway!

🏨 Hyatt House Tokyo Hyatt's new property in Tokyo, the hotel that just opened on February 26, 2024, is just over a month old from now. After experiencing it, I found that the cost performance is quite good. 🟠 The hotel is located in the newly developed commercial block of Sakuragaoka in Shibuya. If you come out of the New South exit of Shibuya station, it's a 2-minute walk to the hotel entrance. The Sakura Tower and the nearby commercial area are very new and have a good look and feel. 🔵 Hyatt House, after all, carries the 'House' in its name, which also means it's suitable for long stays. However, for short-term travelers, the rooms are equipped with a full set of kitchenware, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which is a very convenient point. The room decor is relatively simple, but the space is large enough. 🟠 One very rare thing is that this hotel has a swimming pool, a gym, and at the same time, the public areas are very rich, including meeting spaces, reception areas, and sofas for waiting. So although it is an entry-level hotel, it does not lose out to the many luxurious hotels in Tokyo. 🔵 The hotel is rated Hyatt category 4, which is quite cost-effective in terms of points during the off-season. This price, plus location and facilities, indeed makes it a viable option for tourists. Some downsides are that the front desk staff is not quite sufficient, sometimes you have to queue up to stay, and the breakfast is really just average, not much to speak of.
