[Tokyo🗼] The first miso ramen to be selected as one of Tabelog's top 100 restaurants🍜

#Spring0yentrip Tasakaya in Ikebukuro was selected for the first time in this year's Tabelog Top 100 Restaurants🍜 This is a miso ramen restaurant, and there is always a line outside! The turnover is fast, so I lined up and was called in about 10 minutes. I bought a meal ticket and sat down. There are only counter seats. The staff are very friendly and it's a comfortable place☺️ My companion and I ordered one each of miso char siu noodles and spicy miso with egg, and compared the taste🙌🏻 The spicy miso was rich but not too heavy, and it was more delicious than it looked!! The bean sprouts were crisp and chewy, and it was refreshing to eat😍 The regular miso soup had a strong garlic flavor, and this one was also thick and rich, but it was easy to eat🫶🏻 Both were back fat-based.
