Cappadocia, wow. What a dream! This part of Turkey, which is also often associated with hot air balloons, is one of our favourite destinations. Each morning, unless the weather is not suitable, hundreds of balloons take off during the sunrise and float in the sky for a few hours. The show is truly spectacular and worth an early wake up call! Cappadocia is also where you can find the cave hotel rooms which are typical for this part of Turkey. The accommodation options here are very affordable and unique.
